Commercial Print License

You may:

• Produce physical 3D prints of the Licensed Model.

• Sell those physical prints through your business, including online stores, craft fairs, and other marketplaces.

• Use photographs of your physical prints to advertise and sell them.

You may not:

• Sell, share, upload, distribute, or otherwise provide the digital model files to anyone.

• Include the digital files with the sale of a physical product.

• Sublicense or transfer this commercial license to another person or business.

• Claim ownership or authorship of the original design.

• Use the model for mass manufacturing methods other than 3D printing without written permission from Widget KC LLC.

Where reasonably practical, listings for products sold online should include:

"Designed by Widget KC"

Attribution is not required directly on the physical printed item.

Widget KC LLC retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the original model.

Purchasing this license provides permission to sell physical prints only. It does not transfer ownership of the design or digital files.

This license is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The license may be terminated if the Licensee violates these terms. Upon termination or expiration, the Licensee must stop producing new items for commercial sale. Existing printed inventory may be sold unless the license was terminated for a violation.

The model is provided "as is." Widget KC LLC makes no warranties regarding the model or products manufactured from it and is not responsible for the Licensee's manufacturing, sale, use, or modification of physical products.

By purchasing a commercial license model from this site, the Licensee (purchaser) agrees to these terms.
